We've taken our cars to Helix Auto for many years--ever since we found out that our warranty was not affected by not taking them to the dealers where we bought them, and paid much more for the same service. We have always had excellent service to our vehicles and always treated as though we were the most important customer of the day! I have and will continue to refer others to them without hesitation.

I am surprised by the bad reviews when I went they have a lot of clientele and very good great customer service. I paid $49 for a diagnostic were able to pinpoint what was wrong with my vehicle. I never take my car to a mechanic because I don't trust shops, but they really took care of me I just have to say thank you so much

Love this place. I have a 98' Volvo s70 and I had been getting ripped off by the dealership for repairs. I came here to get my car checked out And I have never been more impressed. They found issues with the car that the dealership said they fixed and gave me a great price for all the things I had to get done. I just recently got my brakes done and the price was great and it was so quick I couldn't believe it! Sherri the front desk lady is a sweetheart and she really walked me through everything to make sure I understood what was going on. Great prices, great customer service, definitely my auto repair shop of choice!!!!!!!!

Have been taking my cars to Gregg's for many years. They replaced the motor on my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee which bought me another 45k miles until I sold it. They have always been square with me, never over selling. I brought my new (used) Toyota for an opinion before I finalized the deal and they really set my mind at ease. 60k later, its still running great and they continue to do all the regular maintenance on it.
